Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Drumroll Reviews app (Android and iOS) and the Drumroll web dashboard at app.trydrumroll.com. Both use the same account, so one request covers both.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@trydrumroll.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". In the app, Me, then Help & support opens the same email.
2. Include the name of the business you work with, so we find the right account.
3. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days of your request.

What we delete

Your login and profile (name, email address, phone number and photo), your personal review code, and the app analytics tied to your account.

What we keep

Records that belong to the business you worked with stay on its account: its Google reviews, the review credits and rewards history it uses to run its team, and the job posts ("gigs") it published. Posts that are already live on Google, Facebook, Instagram or a business website stay there until they are removed on that platform, and we can help remove the ones we published. We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires.
